Conference Rooms Are Free of Charges

 

Our conference rooms at Yokohama Headquarters are open free of charge for any of our participating communities/voluntary organizations.

For inquiry、you must meet the qualifications as followings:

  • Facility Types
    • 40 members Seminar Room
    • 10 members meeting room
    • 4 members  reception room
  • The usage of the conference is mainly and clearly for the purpose of  IT related topic communications.
  • No charges incur to any participant or attendant.
  • No damage nor any disturbance to our neighbors should occur against our facilities or building.
  •  Schedules are expected to be punctual at all times.
  • No rejection of our employees attending the meeting without proper reasons.
