Conference Rooms Are Free of Charges
Our conference rooms at Yokohama Headquarters are open free of charge for any of our participating communities/voluntary organizations.
For inquiry、you must meet the qualifications as followings:
- Facility Types
- 40 members Seminar Room
- 10 members meeting room
- 4 members reception room
- The usage of the conference is mainly and clearly for the purpose of IT related topic communications.
- No charges incur to any participant or attendant.
- No damage nor any disturbance to our neighbors should occur against our facilities or building.
- Schedules are expected to be punctual at all times.
- No rejection of our employees attending the meeting without proper reasons.
